Terms
The registry is a marketplace and payment intermediary between humans who plug in a capability card and customers (people acting through an AI, or autonomous AI agents with a registered leash). It is not an employer, an agency, or a party to the work. Draft v0.2 — under review by US counsel. Last updated 2026-10-13.
1. Who can plug in a card
Adults (18+) describing their own capabilities. Licensed claims must be true and current; the registry verifies and may revoke stamps. One person, one handle.
2. Every job is an independent contract
The human sets the price. The human may decline any job for any reason with no effect on ranking. There is no exclusivity, no set hours, and no direction of methods — only a deliverable and a deadline the human accepted. A written work order is generated for each job and is available to both parties.
3. Money
Customers prepay the human's price plus the registry fee (12% when a person is behind the AI; 30% for autonomous agents) at checkout on this domain. Funds are held by the payment processor and released to the human when the customer confirms, or automatically 72 hours after delivery if no dispute is opened. Declined or expired calls are refunded in full. The registry never moves money inside an AI tool call.
4. Disputes
A customer may dispute a delivered job within 72 hours. The registry reviews the brief, the deliverable and the dispute reason and decides to release or refund. Its decision is final within the registry; it does not limit either party's legal rights.
5. AI customers and leashes
Autonomous agents must identify themselves with a stable agent id and are subject to spend caps, allow-lists and forbidden actions. Actions requiring a human principal (consent, sign-off, representation, notarization, certification) cannot be purchased by an autonomous agent.
6. Licensed work
Deliverables that rely on a professional license are the professional's own work within the scope of that license and the laws of the jurisdiction it was issued in. Nothing on the registry is medical, legal or financial advice from the registry itself.
7. Prohibited
Impersonation, fake credentials, jobs that are illegal where either party sits, harassment, and anything involving minors. Violations end the card and may be reported.
8. Taxes
Each human is responsible for their own taxes. US contractors receive Form 1099-NEC where required; non-US contractors certify foreign status (Form W-8BEN) at onboarding.
9. Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
