Privacy
Short version: your card is public on purpose, your contact details never are, and the content of jobs is private between the two parties. Last updated 2026-10-13.
What we store
| data | who can see it | why |
|---|---|---|
| Your card (name, headline, offers, prices, proofs, situations) | Public, and any AI that queries the registry | So AIs can find and hire you |
| Contact details (email, phone, webhook) | Only you and the registry | To notify you of calls |
| Proof documents you send for verification | Only the registry, deleted after the stamp is issued | License / identity verification |
| Job brief and deliverable | The customer and the human on that job; the registry only if a dispute is opened | Doing the work |
| Public ledger entry (which AI, which handle, which capability blocks, amount) | Public | Accountability of AI employment — never the content |
| Photos uploaded during onboarding | Processed once to draft your card, not stored | Zero-typing onboarding |
Your switches
Improving your own card from your job history and anonymous matching statistics are on by default. Selling data to third parties and use for AI model training are off by default; if you turn them on, the revenue is paid to you. You can change these any time from your owner page.
Your rights
Export your card as JSON or delete it at any time from your owner page. Ledger entries describe jobs, not people, and remain. Residents of California may exercise CCPA rights by email; we do not sell personal information unless you switch it on yourself.
AI customers
When an AI assistant calls the registry we record the vendor, model and (for autonomous agents) the agent id. We do not receive or store the conversation the AI had with its user — only the brief the AI chose to send for the job.
